- Prices at the time of purchase are fixed. In the event of shipment delays and subsequent market price drops, there will be no refunds for the price difference. Similarly, in the event of a market surge, prices for products bought before the surge will stay fixed. - Products may be subject to cancellation from the supplier due to hourly to daily market fluctuations. In the case of cancellation, customers will be offered the choice of either a refund or the option to wait for the next batch of products from an alternative supplier. - Prior to shipping to Australia, all products will undergo a thorough check of the seal quality and overall condition. They will also undergo a quality check to ensure they are free from tampering or resealing. We will try our best to provide the best for our customers. However, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive in perfect condition due to external factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing errors and handling by the delivery company. - In the event that a box appears extensively damaged, with a high likelihood of its contents being affected, we offer our customers two options. They can either receive a refund for their order or choose to have another box shipped over. - In the rare event that customers receive a product that appears to have been resealed, a refund will only be considered if there is verifiable proof that the tampering occurred during the shipping process. Proof may include a video recording, starting from the moment of opening the shipping package, followed by opening the product's packaging to show that no alterations have been made to the contents. - Your ordered product is anticipated to arrive to me within an estimated timeframe of 1.5 to 2 weeks, starting from the release date. - Shipping from Japan may experience delays due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. - Australia Post insurance options are available for those who wish to have their products insured. Please indicate in the comments if you would like insurance for shipping and I will be in contact with you. - PayID, Stripe, PayPal FnF, Bank Transfer are the available payment methods. PayPal GnS is unavailable. - This is not a business but a platform for me to track orders while i'm busy with life events. All sales are considered private. - Points are earned with each purchase and can be used to claim coupons. - Using multiple coupons for multiple orders is not allowed as it is considered an attempt to exploit the system.
